Purposes/Key Tasks
TrueMoney is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Growth Manager for our Wallet Business. This role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition, retention, and overall growth through strategic, data-driven campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Innovation Team (Tech, IT, PMO, and Product), to discover new wallet features and design campaigns that drive innovation adoption among users. A key aspect of the role is understanding fintech trends, conducting competitive analysis, and leveraging data to run effective campaigns aimed at retaining churned users and improving customer engagement.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end growth campaigns aimed at increasing user engagement, acquisition, and retention for the wallet business.
- Drive the development of projects, develop detailed project development plan, assist on projection, internal proposal and pitching, track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new services.
- Analyze user data and segmentation to tailor campaigns targeting churned users, with the goal of driving re-engagement and reducing attrition.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the fintech space. Use insights to inform growth strategies and new initiatives.
- Work closely with the Innovation Team (Tech, IT, PMO, Product) and Marketing Team to identify and implement new wallet features. Design campaigns to drive user adoption of these features and enhance the wallet’s value proposition.
- Able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, including product team (on the system capabilities check, user journey …etc), Finance team (on the budgets requesting), Dispute team and others to make sure the campaigns/projects launch as expected.
- Co-initiate new/creative retention strategy to improve our retention rates, as well as handling the existing retention campaign execution and loyalty program, ensuring it drives meaningful engagement and aligns with customer needs and business objectives
- Manage customers engagement communication strategies on Retention (Existing user), Monitor performance and analysis
- Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to existing products and services, and propose a proper/possible solution for a better customer experience.
Specifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, campaign management, retention strategy, loyalty program, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of fintech products, especially mobile wallets, and their growth drivers.
- Experience working with data analytics tools and customer segmentation techniques.
- Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Strong ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform growth strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working across teams such as Tech, Product, IT, and PMO.
- Ability to develop and present business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making.
